<b>APEX, N.C.</b> — Wake County sheriff's deputies arrested an Apex man Tuesday on two felony charges of indecent liberties with a minor.

Joel Perez Ramirez, 23, of 1001 Seagram St., was jailed under a $100,000 bond.

According to an arrest warrant, the victim was 7 years old and 8 years old at the time of the alleged offenses, which happened between June and September 2010.

Ramirez is also being held on an immigration detainer.
