Looking for activities for your teens? Eva Perry Library in Apex has zombie and vampire movie nights this month.
Pre-registration is required for both of the events, which are for kids in grades six to 12. Here's what's scheduled:
- 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., July 17. Zombie Movie Night: Watch the classic The Last Man on Earth (1964), starring Vincent Price. Dr. Robert Morgan thinks he’s the last man on earth. In this alternate future, everyone else has turned in to zombies. Or have they?
- 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., July 24, Vampire Movie Night: Watch the classic Nosferatu (1922). This film is based on the novel Draculaby Bram Stoker.
