RALEIGH, N.C. — Americans for Prosperity, a national group with an affiliate in North Carolina, will spend $1 million to air a new ad attacking President Barack Obama on health care, according to State Director Dallas Woodhouse.

The ad comes in the wake of a U.S. Supreme Court decision that largely upheld the landmark federal healthcare law.

“Americans for Prosperity – North Carolina is committed to continuing the fight for real patient-centered reform instead of President Obama’s flawed, unaffordable, government-centered plan," Woodhouse said in a news release.

According to the news release, the ad will also air in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
