Posted — UpdatedYou can see the 10 homes this weekend, during the Parade of Homes, in Terramor's communities. Proceeds from the raffle will go to Duke Children's Hospital and the YMCA of the Triangle.
"In our eyes, these organizations have made immeasurable impacts in the neighborhoods that have served us from our roots through the present day," said Michelle Simms, Terramor's chief operating officer and broker, in a press release.
The 10 play homes were designed by teams of Terramor employees. Teams included at least one builder. Winners will get the play home, which measure about 8-feet tall by 8-feet wide, along with items inside them such as a play kitchen in the sweet Meadows Cottage and play fire equipment in Cheswick Fire Station, No. 1.
