A Random Act of Kindness happened to me!

A lovely stranger helped me out the other day and it really made my day.

I had 2 more Christmas cards to mail a couple days ago and I had been to a couple stores and they did not have stamps. The post office was already closed so I could not get them there. I went to one of the local drug stores and they sold stamps but charged almost double the price. I was in a rush and only needed a couple so I was just going to get them because I was out of time.

A lovely lady who was in the store heard my conversation with the cashier and reached in to her purse and pulled out 2 stamps and gave them to me. I reached to get my wallet to pay her for them and she insisted on giving them to me. I tried to give her money and she just would not take it.

She wished me a Merry Christmas and went on her way.

Wasn't that so sweet?!

Her generosity and kindness really touched me and I will be paying it forward very soon.
