NEW WRAL Coupon Database!

I am excited to announce that we now have a wonderful new tool for the blog: a Coupon Database listing all the in-date coupons from the past Sunday insert coupons!

The list is alphabetical by manufacturer and then product. You can search for specific products, categories or by coupon dates.

This is a great resource when you see a sale and wonder if we have had any recent coupons for the product. At this time, the database does not include printable coupons since many of them are only available for a day or so and would not be available for long after they were posted.

My thanks to Lisa and John for setting up the database and to Lisa who is doing all the legwork including entering the coupons every Sunday! Please join me in thanking Lisa!

The link to the WRAL Coupon Database is located on the home page of the Smart Shopper blog on the right side of the page under the Go Ask Mom box. Look for the message that reads: Search the Triangle's most extensive coupon database.  You can also click on the link in the More Info box to get to the Database.

 Please let us know what you think about it and we welcome any suggestions to make it even more valuable. If you find a glitch, please post it so we can get it fixed as we roll out this new tool. Speaking of glitches, when you do a search, the search results appear under the database so make sure you scroll down to see your search results. Also, when you click on the Search Again button, it just sends you back to the database. We are working on fixing that so give us a little time on that one. Enjoy!
