I'd like to offer a special thanks to the following people and companies who donated food for the food drive and giveaway items for participants at the grocery workshop at WRAL last weekend!

First, I want to thank all of you who attended the workshop! I really enjoyed meeting you and can't wait to hear about your success stories and big savings! Thanks to those who have already e-mailed me with feedback.

Not only did we chat for 3 hours about how to slash your grocery bills in half - we also had a food drive. You all donated 197 pounds of food to the Food Bank of Eastern and Central North Carolina on Saturday! That will make a lot of meals! Thank you soooo much!
