Help a reader: Looking for dentist who takes payments

One of our readers, who does not have dental insurance, is looking for a dentist who takes payments. Her daughter needs dental work and the dentists with whom she has spoken all require full payment on the day of the appointment. She needs to work out a payment plan instead. Do any of you know of a dentist in the Raleigh area who is willing to work with payments?

Here is her request for help:

"This is really important to me so this is why I'm sending this email. We are one income (I just started working pt yesterday and its only 6hrs a week so not counting that) family and have no Medical or Dental insurance. My daughter who's 7 needs to see a dentist. She has teeth growing behind two of her bottom teeth. She has lost none of her baby teeth yet. I've been looking for dentist offices that accept payment plans. Meaning you don't have to pay full amount at the end of the visit. If you or any of the other subscribers have any vital information please share. Based of my husband's income he makes too much money for us to qualify for any type of gov't assistance. I will keep searching myself and hope someone else can come up with something as well."
