NC men charged with hacking senior US officials
Two North Carolina men have been arrested and charged in connection with a network of computer hackers that allegedly targeted CIA Director John Brennan and other senior government officials.

Federal prosecutors in Alexandria said 22-year-old Andrew Otto Boggs of North Wilkesboro, known online as "INCURSIO," and 24-year-old Justin Gray Liverman of Morehead City, also known as "D3F4ULT," were arrested Thursday on charges of aggravated identity theft, impersonating a government officer or employee, unauthorized computer access, computer fraud and making harassing phone calls.
Prosecutors say Boggs and Liverman were members of a hacking group called "Crackas With Attitude." Beginning in October, the hackers gained access to personal email and social media accounts of senior U.S. government officials – they aren't identified in a 37-page FBI affidavit – and their spouses.
Earlier this year, British authorities arrested a 16-year-old boy who they said used the name "Cracka" to target Brennan and others. That boy and two other U.K. teens were named as unindicted co-conspirators on Thursday.
U.S. authorities said the group also accessed the Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal, a system that provides various resources to law enforcement, criminal justice and intelligence agencies, and used that access to release information on about 80 Miami-area law enforcement officers. The group also and making a telephone bomb threat to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office in Florida.
