2 killed in fiery crash in Raleigh, 1 charged with DWI
Two people were killed Sunday night in a crash on Brier Creek Parkway.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Two people were killed Sunday night in a crash on Brier Creek Parkway.
According to officials, two cars traveling in the same direction collided around 11 p.m. near 9600 Brier Creek Parkway.
One car with two people inside veered off the road and hit a tree. One person in that car died at the scene, while the other person in that car died at a hospital, officials said.
Jose Saul Diaz-Morales, 32, from Durham, was charged with driving while impaired in connection to the crash, Raleigh officials said on Monday night.
