2 charged in Raleigh shooting

2 charged in Raleigh shooting
RALEIGH, N.C. — Two men were charged Friday in connection to a Raleigh shooting that occurred Tuesday night.

Kevin Contrell Hardin, 19, and Brandon Khalil Sandy, 18, were both charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

Raleigh police said they responded to a report of shots fired on Hensley Drive Tuesday night. Two victims with gunshot wounds were located at the scene. Both were taken to WakeMed with non-life threatening injuries.

A car belonging to the victims was found on Office Center Drive, a mile away from the shooting scene. Police said the car had several bullet holes.
