Monday

Catch Black Pistol Fire at The Pour House Music Hall at 9 p.m. tonight. Tickets are $12 at the door.
Whether you love to play bluegrass music or just listen, you'll enjoy the PineCone Bluegrass Jam at Busy Bee Cafe in downtown Raleigh at 7 p.m. Come out and show off your skills!
Like indie bands? David Bazan will perform at Cat's Cradle at 8 p.m. tonight. Tickets are $15.
The "Got To Be NC" Competition Dining Series starts tonight at 6 p.m. at 214 Martin Street in Raleigh. The two-week long battle gives the public the chance to be a judge and taste some of the best food from some of Raleigh's best chefs. Tickets start at $59 and are available now.

Tuesday

Don't miss a spectacular showcase as the Lar Lubovitch Dance Company performs at DPAC tonight at 8 p.m.

Tickets start at $22.

Steve Gunn will perform with The Dead Tongues at Kings Barcade at 8:30 p.m.
The Competition Dining Series continues tonight - same time, same place - with Battle 2.
On a similar note, two restaurants - Gravy and Sitti - are dueling it out for best cuisine at 6 p.m. in the courtyard behind both restaurants on Wilmington Street. This four-course feast will include two plates per course, one from each restaurant, and a glass of wine.

Wednesday

The Raleigh Downtown Farmers Market returns to City Plaza from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. today.

Then, Miss D and her Dancing Dolls, the stars of Lifetime’s hit series “Bring It!,” will perform live at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. The show will feature dancing, audience participation and more. Tickets start at $32.

Thursday

Couldn't make it to the Competition Dining battles earlier this week? Battle 3 is tonight.
Theatre in the Park presents Hair, the musical story of a group of hippies who celebrate peace and love in the shadow of war, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $30. The show continues through Sunday.

Toby Keith performed last week. This week, other country superstars take the stage. Don't miss Florida Georgia Line, Cole Swindell, The Cadillac Three and Kane Brown at the Coastal Credit Union Music Park (formerly Walnut Creek) at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $30.
Then, the Pickin' in the Plaza concert series returns to downtown Raleigh from 5-10 p.m. You'll enjoy bluegrass tunes, local food options, wine and beer.

Friday

Stroll the Cameron Village Sidewalk Sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to find giveaways and sales.

Raleigh Little Theatre will present Bat Boy: The Musical Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7 p.m. Don't miss this story about a half-boy/half-bat creature.
Then, it's a stand-up showcase at King's Barcade with The Dangling Loafer, Brent Blakeney, Adam Cohen, Shane Smith and more. Admission is $5, and all ages are welcome.
Raymond "Ray" Charles Jack LaMontagne, an American singer-songwriter, will perform at Red Hat Amphitheater at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $30.
