1 Dead, 1 Injured in Wayne County ATV Accident
One person died and another was injured early Saturday morning in an ATV accident at the Busco Beach ATV Park.

The driver who died was a 20-year-old Marine based in Jacksonville. His name was not released, because authorities were still trying to notify his family.
Passenger and fellow Marine Mack Williams, 23, was taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital with injuries. His condition was not released.
The two men were roommates in Jacksonville, and neither of them was wearing helmets, officials said. The two were in an ATV on an asphalt path in Busco Beach ATV Park when they ran into a tree that was off the path.
Troopers estimated that they were traveling 25-30 mph. Troopers said they also suspect that alcohol was involved.
