"The Illusionists" to stop in Durham in November.

The Illusionists - Live from Broadway will stop at the Durham Performing Arts Center next month and recently added a Saturday family matinee to their run.

What's billed as "the world's best-selling touring magic show" will be here Nov. 10 to Nov. 15 as part of a 45-city U.S. tour. The Saturday matinee is 11 a.m., Nov. 14. Tickets, which start at $35, are on sale now.

Here's a description of the show, which sounds pretty fantastic: "Full of hilarious magic tricks, death-defying stunts and acts of breathtaking wonder, The Illusionists has shattered box office records worldwide and thrilled audiences of all ages with a mind-blowing spectacular showcasing the jaw-dropping talents of seven of the most incredible illusionists on earth."

Stars include "The Manipulator" Yu Ho-Jin, "The Anti-Conjuror" Dan Sperry (known for his appearance on America's Got Talent), "The Escapologist" Andrew Basso and more.

More information and tickets information are on DPAC's website. As is usual for many of DPAC's shows, kids under 6 will not be admitted to the theater.
