The all-new, live stage show “MythBusters Jamie & Adam Unleashed,” starring Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage, stops in Raleigh in April

Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage, the hosts behind the wildly popular Emmy-nominated Discovery series "MythBusters," will stop in Raleigh for one show this spring.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m., Friday, for the show, which is scheduled for 8 p.m., April 29, at the Duke Energy Center for Performing Arts in downtown Raleigh.

The show, according to a description,  "presents a fantastical evening of on-stage experiments, audience participation, exciting videos, and behind-the-scenes stories. With this show, fans join Jamie and Adam onstage to assist in their mind-blowing and mind-twisting approaches to science.  MythBusters Jamie & Adam UNLEASHED! brings you face-to-face with the curious world of Jamie and Adam as the duo matches wits on stage with each other and members of the audience."

They've stopped in the Triangle before and I've heard great things about their shows for family audiences. Tickets start at $32. Duke Energy Center's website has more information about tickets and the show.
