ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. — "America's Most Wanted" will profile the suspect wanted in the September slaying of a Roanoke Rapids couple killed in front of their baby.

Jimmie Lee Mason Jr., 19, is wanted on two counts of murder in the Sept. 4 shooting of Jennilee Ann Foster, 26, and Thomas Tyrone Davis, 38.

Foster was holding the couple's baby when she was shot at their Delta Drive home, according to the Halifax Sheriff's Office. The baby was not harmed.

Witnesses said a man parked a white Ford Crown Victoria outside the house and went inside, then ran back out and sped away.

Davis was killed at the scene, while Foster died two days later at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville.

Officials said more details about the killings would be disclosed when "America's Most Wanted" airs at 9 p.m. Friday on the Lifetime network.

Investigators questioned Mason immediately after the shooting, officials said, but he fled before he could be charged and arrested.

A second suspect, Aaron Jarmal Mills, 19, is being held at the Halifax County jail without bond on two counts of murder.

Anyone with information on Mason's whereabouts is asked to call the Halifax County Sheriff's Office at 252-583-8201 or Halifax County Crime Stoppers at 252-583-4444. Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards for anonymous tips that solve cases.
